Do you have any kind of discount?
We have discounts on our standard and premium plans when contracting for two or three years. You can apply the option of 24 or 36 months in the registration form and you will receive the following discounts:
5% discount for choosing the 24-month plan.
15% discount for choosing the 36-month plan.
If you are an owner or investor with several properties, we can offer you special packages; contact our advisors.
How to choose my plan?
The basic plan is the best option if you rent your property a few times and still use our services occasionally, that is, if you live in your property and rent it when you go out of town. The standard plan is a flexible plan with a good package of services, it is the best option if you have a property that you are not in most of the time and you want to receive additional income from it. The premium plan offers you a complete management and maintenance service, the best option if you rent with us almost all year round.
How do you set the prices for my property?
We researched the prices of similar properties:
We search for properties similar to yours on different platforms and review their prices. We pay attention to the features, location, and services they offer to get an idea of how pricing is shaping up in your area.
We consider the season:
High and low seasons can affect the price guests are willing to pay for a property. We make sure to take into account local events and activities that may attract tourists at different times of the year.
We take costs into account:
We make sure to account for all costs associated with your property, such as maintenance, taxes, and deck fees. We offer additional services: such as transportation from the airport, this can increase the perceived value and justify a higher price.
We are flexible:
Sometimes lowering the price can attract more guests and increase overall occupancy.
If your property is new to the platforms and doesn’t have guest reviews yet, we offer a promotional rate for a short time to encourage early bookings. We know from experience that properties with good guest reviews get more bookings and can reach their full potential, so we want to help you break into this category quickly. This promotional offer is optional, and you can cancel it at any time through your dashboard.
How do I receive my money?
On each booking platform, payments are made seamlessly and easily traceable through your account . On Airbnb, the funds from the nightly rental and the guest’s cleaning fee go into your account at the same time. On Booking.com, HomeAway, Expedia and others, Fassilita collects the funds on your behalf and pays you the full amount excluding our fees in monthly payments. We will always collect the cleaning fee after cleaning.
Duration, modification and cancellation of my plan
Duration : You can choose the duration of your plan in the registration form of the selected plan, but the minimum duration of the plans is one year from the date of registration and payment. At the end of your term, you will have the option to renew your plan for a minimum additional term of one year.
Modification : We reserve the right to modify or cancel the services included in the plans at any time. If there are any changes to the plan, we will notify you in advance and offer you the option to change your plan or cancel it.
Cancellation : You can cancel your plan at any time, however, we do not offer partial refunds for unused services. If you decide to cancel the plan before its completion, we will perform a final inspection of your property to ensure that all services we have agreed to have been completed.

Payment for the plan will be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer partial refunds in case you decide to cancel your plan before its completion
